Job Responsibilities
- Provide support to medical staff, including managing and administering
- Leave system approvals
- Roster plotting
- Clinical training sponsorship requests
- Training and education hours
- Claims process i.e. on-call, honorarium, clinical training and overseas travel
- Credentials and profiles
- HR matters such as onboarding, exit clearance and promotion documents
- Any others such as maintaining directory, asset list
- Any other duties as required
Job Responsibilities
- Preferably Diploma holder or Degree holder
- Minimum 2 years relavant working experience in administrative duties
- Proficient in in MS Office Suite i.e. Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Good interpersonal skills inclusive of communication skills, service orientation, and internal stakeholder management
- Meticulous and organized in processes and record keeping
- Positive work attitude and ability to work with all levels of staff
- Flexible and adaptable
