About the Role
The Senior Executive/Assistant Manager of the Population Health Offices Development section will support the Manager in utilizing population insights to plan and future-proof capacity, capabilities, and manpower development in (but not limited to) the primary and/or community care sector within NHGs assigned region. This role requires strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage stakeholders across various functions, foster collaboration, and drive innovation in healthcare delivery models to meet the evolving needs of the community. These efforts will contribute to the delivery of our population health strategy and implementation plans.
Responsibilities:
Study and leverage population insights to identify gaps to future-proof and plan capacity, capabilities, and manpower development at the system level in (but not limited to) the primary care setting. This includes developing sector development roadmaps, strategic planning and implementation of initiatives aimed at enhancing healthcare accessibility, efficiency, and quality.
Where necessary, development of enablers and/or frameworks to support-long term sector development.
Collaborate and partner with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, administrators, community organizations, and regulatory bodies, to achieve PHCs shared goals and objectives.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sector development initiatives, on key PHC KPIs, and adjusting strategies as needed to optimize outcomes and address emerging challenges.
Secretariat duties for Population Health Office and/or Population Health Campus related meetings
Provide supervision and guidance to interns and/or Management Associates, if any, on assigned tasks and deliverables
Requirements:
Good bachelors degree in any discipline.
At least 3 years of experience in a role of a similar capacity
Having healthcare operations/licensing, and/or clinical experience will be advantageous
Must possess strong administrative and project coordination skills.
Strong written, analytical and communication skills.
Proficient in various computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
