Manage the NHG Learning Management System (LMS) and various educational tools
Formulate standard operating procedures and explore innovative solutions to improve processes with the goal of achieving high standards of service delivery
Work with various stakeholders to prepare annual budget for LMS software licensing

Ability to provide support for NHG LMS, IT systems and educational tools used by the department
Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders for improved involvement, innovation and results
Project Management
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop a project charter defining requirements, scope, goals, deliverables, necessary resources, budget and timeline
Conduct Request for Quotation (RFQ) and assessments

Ability to lead and to follow through the entire project lifecycle from planning, procurement, implementation, quality control and monitoring, and closing
Ability to complete the project within the agreed scope, cost and timeline
Operations
Support day-to-day administrative operations
Manage IT assets incl. periodic stock take

Ability to track and monitor IT assets

As assigned by Reporting Officer (RO) and senior management of Group Clinical Education
