This position is for Great World City, a property under Allgreen Properties Ltd.
To provide administrative support including SAP and Simplicity: Raise RFQ, Issue POs, WOs invoices, billing, utilities and closure within Simplicity System.
Carpark season parking and renewal processes including generating of carpark reports and programming of carpark tickets.
Assist in aspects of soft services including landscape, pest control, cleaning, waste management and recycling matters.
Assist in fitting out of office and retail units.
Assist to supervise building works carried out by technicians and service contractors.
Tenants liaison for enquiries/feedback.
Administrative duties as assigned.
Minimum Diploma in Building and/or Facilities Management or related fields
Minimum 2-3 years experience in building and facilities management
Must be proficient in English and Mandarin
Strong knowledge in MS office (Word and Excel)
Knowledge of retail mall operations procedures and processes preferred
Attention to detail, initiative with positive attitude team player
Experienced in Anacle/SAP systems preferred
