Participate in the annual performance and rewards cycle including performance appraisals, salary increments, promotions and bonus payments
Support the review and development of rewards framework and practices (e.g. compensation and benefits benchmarking, salary structure review)
Manage the implementation of employee benefits programmes (e.g. annual group insurance renewals)
Provide data support for rewards related exercises and projects (e.g. annual budgeting exercise and ad-hoc cost projections)
Apply data analytics to provide periodical reporting on HR Dashboard
Support the strategic review and implementation of HR systems through streamlining existing HR work processes with relevant stakeholders
Act as the primary point of contact for HR system maintenance (e.g. upgrades/releases, fixes and necessary education to end-users) and system changes/enhancements to maximise data accuracy and work efficiency
Perform regular data audits and validation in supporting data integrity and consistency
Qualifications:
Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management or any related discipline
Preferably minimum 4 years of work experience in Compensation and Benefits, prior experience in HRIS (e.g. frontier ehr software) maintenance and enhancement would be advantageous
Highly analytical and meticulous with an eye for numbers & details
Proficient in Excel and other MS 365 Office applications, Power BI and AI knowledge would be desirable, but not a must
A resourceful team player with excellent project management, problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills
Able to maintain confidentiality in handling of employee data
Able to multi-task in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
