Job Description
The successful candidate will be a part of the Airport Operations Department (AOD), in the Customer Services & Operations Division. AOD is responsible for delivering outstanding service at each customer contact point on the ground, always giving priority to safety and security, for the comfort and satisfaction of our customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring zero flight safety violations in load control related activities, compliance to CAAS requirement for safe flight operations, and documented load control standards, procedures and processes.
Key responsibilities:
Establish and review network-wide load control procedures and processes in accordance to regulatory requirements and AOD standards.
Review current Centralised Load Control (CLC) processes, including risk assessment and OAL practices.
Update / change existing processes where applicable to address gaps, reduce errors and improve efficiency.
Update and align Load Control Procedures & Load Control Standards documents as required.
Communicate any process changes to CLCs and stations.
Oversight and monitoring of Load Control Operations for CLC and stations to meet AOD performance and safety standards
Management of all CLCs.
Audit on each CLC to be conducted on an annual basis.
All investigations are to be completed by the relevant CLC within the stipulated time given.
Internal investigations/reports to be completed within 3 working days of receipt of incident report.
CLC Performance tracking. Monitoring of Load Controllers Performance for load control related delay and incident.
Include load control learning points in the regular AOSCP circulars.
Flight Management (Load Control application) enhancements projects
Review FM community enhancements to activate those relevant to SIAs processes
Review the current usage of the Altea FM system and propose system enhancements to improve the process and reduce errors
Explore potential opportunity to automate some of the processes for productivity gain.
Initiate and/or conduct investigations for Aircraft Ground Incident Reports (AGIRs) and Hazard Reports (HZR) raised in iSMS (SIA Incident Management System)
Liaise with stations and CLCs to investigate aircraft ground incidents and hazards to determine their occurrence and to come up with preventive/mitigation measures.
Review HIRA annually for HO and guide stations on their annual HIRA review
Requirements
A degree in any discipline.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in load control, airport and/or flight operations or as a Station Manager
