Job Description:
Assist in facilitating the creation of an engaged workforce in alignment with PHCs vision. This will be achieved through the following:
Assist and/or lead in the planning of workplace health, staff engagement and welfare initiatives and events to support PHCs focus.
Assist and/or lead in the execution of events and initiatives according to Well-being calendar.
Assist and/or lead in the evaluation of the effectiveness of such events and initiatives.
Take charge of procurement, payment and logistics matters for initiatives rolled out by the team.
Manage and monitor the Employee Engagement and Well-being budget.
Manage and process PHC corporate passes.
Manage and post corporate privileges in Workplace.
Coordinate and support PHC Engagement & Well-being secretariat duties.
Team admin responsibilities include:
- Support CHRO to manage Calendaring and managing signatory approval
- Monthly issuance of birthday voucher
- Logistic support for dept meetings/related events including booking of rooms
- Procurement of dept stationeries/letterheads/name stamp, printing of name cards
- Liaise with Caterers and Clinics Operations Reps on food catering for townhalls or HR roadshows/ events in clinics/HQ
Job Requirements:
(a) Education/Training/Experience
Diploma with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, such as PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Knowledge of additional software such as Canva and Adobe Photoshop will be advantageous.
(b) Personal Attributes
A calm and meticulous individual with exemplary planning and execution skills and able to handle multiple projects concurrently.
Strong interpersonal skills and excellent oral and written communication skills.
Able to embrace change and great sense of responsibility.
