Job Responsibilities
- Support Business Development sales and marketing activities including responding to Tenders and RFP's
- Analyse customer logistics service needs by building communicative and open relationships
- Identify appropriate solutions to address customer queries based on sales or customer management knowledge
- Develop co-created solutions with customers to enhance offering and competitiveness
- Conduct R&D for innovative logistics solutions catering to customer's needs
- Design & develop innovative solutions, coming up with prototypes and proof of concept, testing of completed systems, and preparing relevant documentations
- Presenting product designs to management and stakeholders
- Collaborating on supply chain procedures, including inventory management, warehousing, automation, systems integration, and distribution
- Manage stakeholders to monitor completion of requirements and activities
- Providing technical support to customers after the delivery of service
- Optimise use of allocated resources within business activities
- Keeping abreast of new technological advancements in the industry

Professional Qualifications & Relevant Experience
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent professional qualifications) with at least 2 years of relevant experience in Healthcare Supply Chain Management and Business Development, with experience in responding to tenders and solutioning, or a related field such as Healthcare Administration.
