Job Responsibilities:
Social Media Management
- Oversee and manage Raffles Medical Group's presence across all social media platforms, including management socials through thought leadership.
- Develop, curate, and implement engaging content to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Optimise content for each social media platform, ensuring consistency with brand voice and messaging.
- Schedule and publish posts at optimal times to maximise audience reach.
Social Media Analytics
- Conduct in-depth social media analysis to track performance across all platforms monitor trends, audience behaviour, and engagement patterns to inform content strategy.
- Define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rate, reach, impressions, and conversion metrics.
- Utilise data-driven insights to recommend improvements and adjustments to social media strategies.
Digital Campaigns
- Design and execute social media marketing campaigns to support the organisation's goals.
- Analyse campaign performance using metrics and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Explore emerging social media platforms to expand Raffles Medical Group's digital footprint.
Community Engagement
- Monitor and respond to interactions across social media channels to build and maintain community engagement.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure all online communications align with broader Public Relations strategies.
Interdepartmental Synergy
- Partner with videographers, multimedia designers, and marketing personnel to produce compelling multimedia content.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align social media activities with broader marketing and communication objectives.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- Proficient in major social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and emerging platforms.
- Experience with social media management tools (example: Hootsuite) and analytics.
- Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content.
- Knowledge of social media marketing strategies, including paid advertisements.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
