We are working with our client, an established local tech firm, who are seeking a People & Culture Executive to join the team in enhancing the company culture and increasing employee engagement.
Job Responsibilities
Work alongside HR Leadership to ensure employees are well-adjusted, motivated, and have a sense of belonging.
Assist in the design and implementation of programs that will promote company culture and values.
Enhance employee engagement and conduct post-assessment analysis to provide insights.
Monitor employee engagement metrics and conduct regular reporting.
Assist in developing and executing engagement initiatives and programs.
Assist in designing onboarding process that introduces new hires to company culture and values.
Engage in talent retention strategies and reduce turnover.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in HRM or HCM preferred.
2 years of working experience in an Organisational Development or Employee Engagement role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to analyse data and translate findings
