Senior/Executive, Digital Strategy (Contract)
Job Purpose
Wink+ is an innovative mobile application developed by SMRT to enhance the experience of commuters around Singapore MRT stations. Wink+ allows users to discover exciting food, drinks, entertainment, and activities. We are looking for a talented Senior/Executive, Digital Strategy to join our team.
In this role, the staff will contribute to the strategic development of a front-facing SMRT commuter mobile application, to improve our commuters experience and drive greater commuter engagement. The staff will be exposed to the various facets of project management, and also gain hands-on technology management, business value assessment and strategic planning.
Responsibilities
Craft and continuously enhance the business case and plan for the project
Project manage and drive progress for various workstreams
Leverage both secondary data sources and primary/ proprietary information to build the digital strategy roadmap, including user journey mapping etc.
Ensure product-market fit product meets business needs from commercial perspective
Create simple financial models to derive return-on-investment (ROI)
Qualifications & Work Experience
Degree in Business/ Economics, some background in Information Technology/ Computer Science would be advantageous
2 years of experience in project management and digital strategy work; basic product management knowledge
Skills
Able to work independently, scope out roadmap and push on next steps without constant guidance
Good strategy/ analytical skill, especially in digital project management, skillsets in business analytics, including basic methodologies and tools
Good presentation skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
