Assist stakeholders to identify any unsafe condition or unsafe work practice
Recommend stakeholders to implement reasonable and practical measure
Assist in developing and monitoring EHS programme and policies
Conduct EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) inspection/surveys within Land Systems plants and recommend appropriate corrective measures
Establish and deliver/communicate EHS deliverables and training
Assist in the investigations and reporting of accidents/incidents and recommend preventive and correctives measures
Plan and conduct internal and external audits as per statutory requirements (i.e. ISO 14001 and ISO 45001)
Monitoring of EHS work plan and objectives
Plan and coordinate MOM regulatory medical examination(s) and report
Review and update of EHS documents (i.e. Risk Assessment, Safe Work Procedures, Lifting Plan)
All other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management
Requirements
Minimum a Diploma in engineering or equivalent field.
Registered WSHO (MOM) with at least 3 years of post-registration and practical experience
Knowledge on manufacturing processes will be an advantage
Ability to use relevant Microsoft applications for report writing, documents updates, analysis and develop presentation slides for EHS related contents
Be dynamic, self-motivated, proactive and results-orientated
Excellent team spirit, strong technical competence and good interpersonal skills
