Help and service client's insurance buy/needs professionally
Manage data and profile of customers insurance details (PDPA)
Act as insurance advocate/adviser/claims advocates for clients
Tracking of expiry dates and offering of quotations, renewals
Liaise and procure with Insurers for quotations, insurance documents
Manage documentation and system of files
Drafting of sales budget and ensuring targets are met
Reporting of sales budget and sales strategies
Ensuring sales loop with customers are closed by working with relevant departments
Keeping up with Insurers price changes, promotions, campaigns and cascade to customers
Working with internal stakeholders on operations flow for insurance set up, service flow for post insurance follow ups
Renewal strategies development and execution
Job Requirements
Minimum Poly Diploma / University Degrees in any field
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position with a flair for adding value to clients and developing business
Market knowledge in Motor insurance is an added advantage
Insurance account handling and claims experience preferred
Positive attitude towards serving Client's interest
Insurance qualifications recognized by MAS
Must have CGI or equivalent qualifications or work towards passing the CGI or equivalent qualifications as approved by MAS
Proficient in MS Office applications
Good analytical, verbal, written communication skills and time management skills
