Job Responsibilities:
- General Practitioners (GP) engagement
Support the HOD with region-specific engagement of GP interested to onboard to Central-North Primary Care Network (CN-PCN)
Perform background checks, schedule engagement and facilitate on-boarding/application on potential GPs to onboard the PCN and Healthier SG (HSG)
Maintain the GP partners master list
Work with GPs and clinic staff to establish the referral workflow for PCN patients within their clinics
POC between GPs and CN-PCN admin team on any PCN and HSG matters
- PCN Operations & Administration
POC for external service providers
Update the Memorandum of Agreement (MOU) and Letter of Appointment/Agreement of stakeholders
Provide support in CN-PCN-related annual audits
Provide secretariat support for stakeholders and department meetings
- Funds Management
Verify invoices and raise payment requests to disburse funds to GPs and external service providers
Ensure accuracy of supporting documents for claims submissions
Liaise with service providers and NHGP Finance on billing matters
- Data Analytics and Reporting
Prepare and submit required data to AIC/MOH annually
Support tracking of ancillary services workload
Prepare performance indicator reports, and ad hoc data for reporting to stakeholders
Study trends of clinical and process outcome indicators to identify gaps for improvement
- Team Management
Work closely with the team of Primary Care Coordinators (PCC) in leave forecasting, rostering and deployments and collecting of data for submission to AIC/MOH
Gather feedback from PCCs on any ground issues involving deployments, GP doctors, workflows and other related matters
Mentor junior staff, promote teamwork, cooperation and harmonious working relationship among the PCCs.
- Quality Improvement & Project Management
Support the PCN in quality improvement projects to achieve better clinical and process outcomes
Support / Lead projects for CN-PCN and NHG cluster.
Job Requirements:
Degree holder in any related discipline.
At least 2-3 years of management accounting working experience, preferably in healthcare setting.
Willing to travel to region-specific GP clinics
Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Possess an analytical and inquisitive mind
Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Meticulous and accurate, able to complete tasks within timelines
