Senior Executive (Facilities Management 3)
In this role, you will:
Be responsible for project-based and maintenance work related to building infrastructure
Be involved in project work related to building infrastructure development / upgrading
Propose upgrading project based on issue uncovered during routine maintenance performed
Source and propose plan for assigned projects
Do broad planning, budgeting and scheduling of projects
Take charge of supervising, detailing and scheduling of projects
Be involved in work related to building maintenance
Derive the routine schedule for maintenance work as and when required
Plan for routine maintenance work for assigned / contracted maintenance crew (if any)
Inspect, co-ordinate and supervise any routine schedule maintenance (e.g. fire protection system, cleaning, horticulture, pest control, etc)
Check on the accuracy of monthly maintenance report submitted by assigned / contracted maintenance crew
Conduct regular check / inspection on assigned / contract maintenance crew on their regular maintenance work carried out
Consolidate any request from internal staff on issue related to building maintenance and follow-up accordingly
Monitor and renew licenses, permits and statutory requirement (e.g. elevator inspection, etc)
Requirements
Degree in Facility Management / Facility Management & Enhancement
Strong knowledge in building and mechanical / electrical system maintenance
Proficient in Microsoft offices (Word, Excel and Power Point)
To have knowledge related to building infrastructure including, but not limited, to air conditioning system (heating, ventilation, air con, chiller, etc), water supply system (plumbing, drainage, etc) and/or electrical system (electrical engineering)
