About Our Client

Job Description
- Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement Fleet-wide initiatives that boost engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate staff communications, plan team-building events, and organise ceremonies to promote a positive team culture.
- Manage the processing of applications, renewals, and cancellations of certificates and documents for new and existing vessels, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with relevant authorities and institutions for inspections and preparation of documentation for vessel licenses and certifications.
- Work closely with the Fleet Operations team to manage crew certification renewals and maintain accurate records.
- Provide administrative support for vessel sales and charter agreements, including document preparation and coordination with business partners.
- Ensure vessels and crew are prepared for operations, handling immigration clearance, and processing departure/arrival applications efficiently.
The Successful Applicant
- Possess a degree in Business, Business Administration, Maritime Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
- Possess at least 2 years of professional experience in the maritime or logistics sector.
- Have exceptional communication, interpersonal abilities, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and numeracy skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
