Assist HRBP to support HR related matters for Business group.
Communicate and work with HR Services team to ensure smooth onboarding, offboarding, transfers of employees and work pass applications.
Prepare monthly headcount reports in a timely and accurate manner.
Provide advice and handle all employee inquiries on HR-related matters for the front liners.
Draft announcement of appointments/births.
Ensure data integrity in the HR system: Work with other HR specialist on employee personal and employment data update.
Assist to schedule employees for training programs.
Facilitate programs and events (e.g. Employee Engagement Events and Recognition Program).
Work closely with hiring managers and recruiters to ensure the recruitment process is within a reasonable timeframe for front liners.
Preparing of monthly HR reports.
Apply for Work pass.
Conduct orientation for frontline hires.
Undertake ad-hoc projects assigned from time to time.
Ready to be the HR ambassador to support and promote HR initiatives/programs.
Ad-hoc duties as and when required.
Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Familiar with MOM regulations and HR practices.
3-5 years of experience in a generalist role.
A team player with a strong sense of responsibility & self-motivation to get tasks done independently.
Good communication, writing and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
Strong knowledge of local HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Resourceful, positive, energetic with initiative and excellent motivational skills.
