Purpose of this position:To plan and manage the inventory and allocation of equipment to ensure maximum resource utilization.
Essential Duties/ Responsibilities:
- Communicate with your team to understand status of equipment planning for each project.
- Support your team by preparing a draft packing list according to Engineering equipment breakdown list prepared by Technical Managers.
- Understand equipment which are away and supposed to be part of the packing list once arrive back to the base and track them to ensure tested and prepared.
- Follow up with engineering and warehouse teams to update the serial numbers of requirement in the packing list as they prepare.
- Keep the packing list updated for any changes required by client or technical manager.
- Share the final packing list Logistics team to ensure they have the completed and final version of packing list for their communication with external (i.e. Shipping agent or clients) and preparation of shipping documents.
- Work closely with the warehouse team with quality control process by random cross checking prepared equipment against the final packing list before departure of the shipment.
- Archive the final packing lists signed by the shipping agent at the time of equipment collection.
- Support your team with for maintaining inventory by recording SNs of newly purchased CAPEX and removal of written-off CAPEX.
- Labeling the equipment/parts according to company's standards
- Assist in Physical Inventory Process

- Minimum 3 years experience in materials planning or inventory management is essential.
- Effective Interpersonal skills.
- Ability to plan and organise work tasks in a systematic way.
- Ability to guide junior level staff to perform their role.
- Composed and ability to manage work activities under a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate flexibility in work arrangement and ability to prioritise.
- Competent and being able to manage at least two (2) areas of job knowledge with grasp of the various broadcasting equipment / components.
- Meticulous and eye for details
- Proficient in Excel Skills
