Responsibilities :-
Conceptualize, plan and manage and execute strategic projects;
Business strategy development for GB SG.
Track and lead projects / initiatives with key stakeholders to deliver intended results;
Proactive in anticipating and resolving issues to ensure tasks are executed in a timely manner.
Deliver insights on market competition / regulatory landscape and key trends and preparation of management reports;
Compile thoughtful post-mortem analyses to determine areas for optimization and develop action plans for improvement.
Plan and maintain Global Banking event calendar as well as organise townhalls, team building and offsite meetings.
Identify and support the implementation of continuous improvements in processes / systems / policies.
