Responsibilities:
- Overall understanding of program, how each business unit connects with one another and explore business opportunities within each.
- Responsible for developing strategies to improve operational performance, monitoring, & evaluating the effectiveness of those strategies.
- Develop, implement, sustain and improve the methods, tools, and standards of the LEAN system in all sections of the value streams.
- Support LEAN work practices including 6S, problem-solving root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement.
- Challenge the status quo, assist the respective BU leads in CIP drive that focuses on eliminating of waste.
- Likelihood of working on multiple CIPs and/or ad hoc projects at any one time, whilst adhering to project timelines.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering / Business
- Experience in warehousing / contract logistics
- Green/Black Belt will be advantageous
