Job Purpose
To participate in executing strategic objectives to support the business & operations of the hospital and to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
1. Operations:
- Track budgets across the various units.
- Ensure proper documentation compliance in the department.
- Track department KPIs.
- Track department projects.
- Take on adhoc functions/duties pertaining to operations.
2. Personal Assistant Duties:
- Assist the director with scheduling and managing calendars.
- Take meeting notes and minutes.
- Assist with general administration and clerical duties.
- Undertake other task as given.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma. Preferably degree in BA or any other relevant field.
- Degree holder with 2 years of experience or Diploma with 10 years of experience.
- Proficient with taking minutes, using Microsoft word and excel.
- Speaks good English.
- Excellent Interpersonal / Communication skills.
- Great Initiative and Team Player.
- Good Time Management and Prioritization skills.
