He/She is responsible for improving operational efficiency and effectiveness to enhance work processes which in turn drives business profitability. He/She assist the Associate Director (ASD) in three portfolios 1) General insurance/life insurance (new business/pre- post- sales), 2) Servicing of existing clients and 3) Team Recruitment/Development. He/She co-ordinates regularly with internal departments, clients and ASD to ensure smooth day-to-day operation. Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure all necessary requirements are properly administered as per compliance/regulatory guidelines. He/She must be able to deliver _high quality error-free work under stress and tight deadlines_.
- General insurance/Life insurance (New business/pre- post sales)
· Plan and organize sales campaigns and promotions.
· Prepares customized quotations/product summaries for ASDs client meetings.
· Process new business from all channels to facilitate timely customer response.
· Verify data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
· Liaise with Clinics and hospital to arrange for medical examinations and obtain medical reports.
· Process new applications and all necessary documents for submission
· Provides the premium breakdown and adjustment of invoice for clients.
· Ensures accurate billing.
- Servicing of existing clients
· Maintain strong business relationship with existing clients and business partners.
· Arrange for annual reviews and source for new business from existing clients.
· Provide prompt and excellent customer services to all clients.
· Handles renewal policies, claims and clients enquiries relating to all insurance products.
· Conduct fact finding to assist and follow up on more complex client enquires.
· Process insurance applications, renewal, cancellation and payment.
· Conduct weekly premium checks to remind clients of unsuccessful billing and ensure timely premium payments.
· Plan the logistics and execute the delivery of collaterals. (Mooncakes, CNY greeting cards, calendars etc)
· Review client feedback to improve on client service delivery.
- Team Recruitment/Development
· Identify channels to attract candidates to attend monthly career events.
· Prepare hiring collaterals to be used in various hiring platforms.
· Conduct initial screening of resumes and relevant skill qualifications.
· Liaise with candidates to perform selection process and assessments for hiring purposes.
· Measure conversion success rate for each sourcing channel.
· Support new teammates in their on-boarding process with HR.
Conduct research on appropriate approaches and tools to enhance work processes.
- Maintain sales tracking reports and manage schedule for weekly team meetings.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing agents, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.- Maintain accurate financial records for tax filing purpose of ASD business operations (Billing, payroll or other accounting tasks).
