We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with experience in payroll management, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a strong commitment to accuracy and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage payroll processing and administration, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments/functions to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll data.
  • Develop and maintain payroll procedures, calculation formulas and policies, ensuring accuracy, minimizing risk, and improving efficiency of processes.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Be accountable for internal and external payroll audits.
  • Monitor and report on payroll-related expenses, including salaries, benefits, and taxes.
  • Collaborate with other functions to ensure the accuracy of employee salary data and assist in troubleshooting payroll system issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll regulations and best practices, and implement changes as necessary.
  • Responsible for statutory and ad-hoc surveys submission pertaining to payroll.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field;
  • 5+ years of experience in payroll management, with experience managing payroll for both white and blue collar employees;
  • Strong knowledge of Employment-related/labour laws and regulations, payroll regulations and compliance requirements;
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines;
  • Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft 365 applications;
  • High level of attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity

Added Advantage

  • Project management experience for payroll system implementation;
  • Experience in using Ramco payroll system;
  • Experience in managing one of the following regions payroll:
  • Singapore
  • Southeast Asia: Vietnam, Indonesia, Myanmar
  • Middle East
  • China
  • India
