On the Sourcing Side

• Great at learning new tech, new processes, new (faster, better) ways of doing things
• Exceptional people skills: you understand timing in conversation, knowing when to engage and when to listen.
• Keen problem-solving skills: Strong recruiters first understand what to search, then where to search and how to qualify, doing it with finesse on search platforms, instead of throwing out key words and job titles at random.
• Excel at finesse-driven cold calls, armed with pre-call insights to set the stage.
• Candidate stickiness: skilled in building rapport, trust, and credibility with candidates, conveying a clear value proposition, building long term relationships where candidates trust you to do the best for them.
• Bring a strong work ethic, integrity, and the ability to connect with diverse backgrounds.
• Adept at leveraging CRM, ATS, and productivity toolsanything that keeps us a step ahead.
