The Senior Executive plays an instrumental role in providing HR operational support to local Schools / Colleges (units) on Faculty Appointment, Reappointment, Performance Appraisal, Promotion, Tenure and Exit Management processes in the University.
Responsibilities
- Manage HR matters which include administering and processing the Appointment, Reappointment, Promotion & Tenure and Exit Management for Faculty in the assigned School
- Provide HR operational and secretariat support to school level committees formed for the appointment, reappointment, promotion & tenure for Faculty
- Provide HR advisory support on related processes and procedures
- May be involved in supporting University level meetings
- Participate in projects/process improvement reviews
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Social Sciences or Business related disciplines
- Strong writing skills is essential
- Good interpersonal, communication and organisation skills
- Meticulous and a service-oriented mind-set
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Acrobat applications
- Proficient in WorkDay is an advantage
