Senior/Executive, Talent Attraction and Development

Job Scope:

• Involved in initiatives for the attraction and retention of healthcare professionals
• Gather feedback from employees to understand employees job satisfaction and ensure employees are engaged with company goals and values.
• Develop and organize events / programs that enhance employee engagement and improve employer branding.
• Responsible for administration of awards ceremonies, coordination of staff recognition nominations and management of pre-service scholars.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to organize career talks and career fairs to grow employer brand awareness
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource / Business Administration / Communications or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experiences
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
• Proficient with MS Excel and PowerPoint
