Pipeline Programs: Manage talent pipeline programs such as sponsorships and management associate programmes.
Competency Frameworks: Develop functional competency frameworks that aligns with business needs.
Development Programs: Design and oversee development programs such as mentorships and leadership training.
HR Policies: Create and implement policies that improve talent attraction, development, and retention.
Data & Analytics: Analyse talent data and create reports to guide decision-making for management.
Facilitation Skills: Design, implement, and manage internal programs that enhance employee engagement, professional development, and organizational culture.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in talent management.
Strong understanding of talent assessment tools and development strategies.
Comfortable working with data and preparing presentations for senior management.
