Job scope

. M&E operation in the building facilities management

. Manpower supervision for internal team member and external contractor

. Negotiate with external contractor for pricing

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical or Facilities Management or its equivalent
• Technical skill in building M&E equipment
• Able to lead in house technical team and supervise external vendor
• able to manage relationship with client who are either buidling owner or data center owner
