1. Responsible for managing Accounts Receivables (AR) & Management Information System (MIS).
2. Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations related to Accounts Receivable and MIS.
3. Conduct a monthly review of AR accounts with other teams.
4. Ensure accurate and timely updates of receipts into system for OPs to review AR outstanding.
5. Liaise with customer and bank where necessary.
6. Identify improvement in work processes to keep up with changing business needs.
7. Responsible for Monthly/Year-end financial closing reporting and ensure all reporting/schedules are accurately and promptly prepared.
Additional Task:
1 Liaise with internal/ external Auditors for audit queries.
2. Ensure Standard Operating procedures and Knowledge Articles are up to date and properly documented.
3. Any other task as assigned.
