Key responsibilities:
§ Support Finance Manager on all financial matters on day-to-day routine
§ Support General Manager on operational finance work & report matters
§ Maintain full and complete set of accounts
§ Handle all cashbook, journal and general ledger entries
§ Maintain and update the audit schedules in the monthly financial reports
§ Handle month end/year-end closing of accounts
§ Prepare Balance Sheet Schedule
§ Review payment vouchers
§ Prepare vouchers and journal entries.
§ Assist with budgeting and forecasting work
§ Perform monthly reconciliation
§ Maintain sufficient audit trail, adequate records and supporting documents in accordance with company policies and compliance
§ Perform monthly reconciliation of POS data with GTO submitted by retail tenants
§ Prepare GST report and reconciliation for quarterly submission
§ Handle Lease Administration work including arrears management, preparation/verification of monthly rent rolls, update of tenancy schedule, etc.
§ Handle Property Tax matters follow up on VL notices, payments, objections, re-numbering, billing and refund to tenants
Undertake ad-hoc assignments when necessary
