Location: Downtown MRT
We are looking for a Senior Accounts Executive with experience in F&B to be responsible for handling GL, updating local Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP), maintaining the fixed asset register, and performing bank reconciliations.
Job Description:
- Handle company's full set accounts.
- Perform daily accounting duties including receivables and payables, general ledger and bank reconciliation.
- Perform month-end financial closing according to Company's requirements.
- Prepare financial statements, business analysis report.
- Handle and ensure compliance with all filing requirements, eg. tax returns, GST submissions, etc.
- Prepare to submit XBRL.
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, and budgetary compliance to optimize financial performance.
- Any other adhoc duties assigned.
Job Requirement:
- Candidate should possess at least a diploma or degree in Finance/ Accountancy
- At least 5 years of working experience in the F&B industry, handling full set accounts
- Fast learner, ability to work independently and within given deadlines
- Proficient in MS Excel/ MS Word
- Able to speak in English and Mandarin (as need to liaise with Mandarin speaking family)
