Senior Finance Executive

Key Responsibilities:

. Prepare and review comprehensive financial statements in line with IFRS, SFRS, and US GAAP.

. Lead audit processes, collaborating with external auditors and tax consultants to ensure full compliance and operational efficiency.

. Manage timely financial reporting and compliance across all statutory and internal frameworks.

. Provide strategic financial analysis and planning to support decision-making and company growth.

. Develop and optimize financial processes and systems, leveraging QuickBooks and integrating innovative AI technologies.

. Ensure the integrity and accuracy of all financial transactions and reporting, making use of QuickBooks for everyday financial operations.

What We're Looking For:

. 7-10 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance, including significant experience in financial or statutory auditing roles.

. CA/CPA certification, with a strong preference for candidates who are fully qualified.

. Expert knowledge of IFRS, SFRS, and US GAAP, with hands-on experience in financial statement preparation.

. Proficiency in QuickBooks, with a keen ability to manage and report financial data effectively.

. Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

. Outstanding communication skills, able to effectively work with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders across different cultures and time zones.

. Adaptability and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, fast-paced startup atmosphere, with a passion for finance and AI.
