In this Role, you'll get to:
* Regularly prepare billing statements and payment documents, follow up with clients to verify and confirm and finally collect the corresponding funds, and ensure the accuracy of the bills and the timeliness of the collection of funds;
* Regularly summarize on existing working feedback and make reasonable suggestions on procedures and systems.
* Maintain good communication and cooperation with various business departments to improve the work efficiency of both parties.
* Assisting with external client queries, joining client meetings as and when needed.
* Support the local business team in financial-related business processes, including pricing reviews, performance analyses, and other pertinent tasks.
What you'll Need to Succeed:
* Bachelor degree or above, min 3 years experience in the similar role
* Strong communication skills - Good reading, writing and speaking skills in both Chinese and English
* Proficient in using office software, with Excel and PPT skills preferred;
* Meticulous, detailed and organized
* Able to work under pressure
