We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager to join a dynamic, multinational manufacturing company to take on regional leadership role.
This individual will oversee cost management, financial reporting, tax compliance, and forecasting across multiple markets while partnering with subsidiary leaders to provide strategic financial insights.
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of experience , including 3-5 years in a regional capacity within an MNC environment within Manufacturing, Semicon or Engineering sector
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and develop high-performing teams are essential.
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese is required to engage effectively with stakeholders in the region.
