This will be a 1-year renewable contract position based in One North.
Responsibilities
- Month-end and year-end closing activities
- Fund requisitions and final statement of accounts of projects
- Outstanding fund requisitions
- Payment, billing and receipts journals
- Payment runs and prompt payments to vendors
- Management Reporting for annual budget cycles, budget utilisation and variance analysis
- Supporting projects and key stakeholders
- User Acceptance Testings (UATs)
- Ensure compliance with relevant Government Instruction Manuals and internal policies and SOPs
- Work with with Auditors for internal, statutory and AGO audits
- Other ad-hoc Finance duties as necessary
Requirement
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- 0 - 3 years of experience in an accounting or finance role
- Analytical, communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Strong learning agility and adaptability
- Meticulous, resourceful and organized
- Multi-tasker and deliver results under tight timelines
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Experience in SAP system advantageous
