Job Description
Reporting to Global Growth Regions (GGM) Commercial Finance Director, you will play an important role as a finance partner to provide financial insights to the Korea, Oceania, Japan (KOJ) leadership team. You will be involved in P&L management, Sales and Margin analysis, budgeting, forecasting to strategic planning in shaping the direction and strategies for the company. This role will require business partnering with key internal stakeholders to participate proactively in reviewing and recommending effective business practices. You will also assist Global Growth Regions (GGM) Commercial Finance Director in driving key initiatives, improvements projects and reporting standardization across the regions.
You should ideally be degree qualified with at least 5 years of relevant experiences in financial planning & analysis. You are confident dealing with the business leaders and have driven process improvements. Strong team player with meticulous, analytical mind and strong business acumen are critical to the success of this role. You must be committed, proactive with positive working attitude and adaptable to fast paced environment. Experience in Hyperion, SAP, Excel, Powerpoint, Business Intelligence would be an advantage
