Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with placing and modifying grocery orders via phone, email, or chat.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and promotions.
- Provide accurate information on order status, delivery times, and returns.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the logistics and inventory teams to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly.
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude while communicating with customers.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality.
- Stay updated on product offerings, promotions, and store policies.
- Creation of invoice for orders that comes in.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or equivalent additional education is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in retail or grocery sectors.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and order management software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with grocery products and services is a plus.
