Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR to join our dynamic team in Singapore.

This role is pivotal in supporting company growth and ensuring we have the right talent in place to drive our success in manufacturing industry.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR practices and work effectively with Asia-Pacific HR team to align strategies and practices with global objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

1.Human Resources Management:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's global standards and local regulations.
  • Oversee recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
  • Conduct regular training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

2.Administrative Management:

  • Supervise daily administrative operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Manage office facilities and ensure a safe and productive working environment.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for office maintenance and supplies.

3.Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure compliance with South Korean labor laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and submit necessary reports to government agencies and company headquarters.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.

4.Strategic HR Initiatives:

  • Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic HR initiatives that support business goals.
  • Lead HR projects and initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the semiconductor manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in both Korean and English.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with South Korean labor laws and HR practices.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex HR issues.
