Our client is a reputable Group with diverse investments in the Consumer sector. To support their business operations and expansion across APAC, we are looking for an experienced SeniorHR Business Partner to join their Group Human Resources function and to drive the Talent Development and Management.
Reporting to the Group HR Director and working with the business leaders in local markets, your responsibilities include:
- Formulate and implement the Group Talent Map and Development strategy for to attract and retain valuable talent resources, and to support the business needs
- Develop and execute the end-to-end talent development, learning and training, acquisition operation processes; liaising with local markets and understand their needs and provide a guidelines on talent sourcing, talent mapping, refining the interview processes and procedures towards offer management
- Review the current talents allocation and structure within the organization and to plan for the talent map, organization development, global mobility programs and potential succession plans for Senior Management
- Collect talent data and conduct necessary budgeting and related analysis to reflect effective talent acquisition plan and ensure the resources optimization
- Understand the talent trends, market intelligence, salary bench-markingand related data to enhance the talent development function
- Responsible for driving the Learning and Development plans to continuously train and build for the internal teams
- Formulate and execute strategic plans for CoE, management associate programs
- Being a strong business partner and working closing with functional business leaders to understand their business and talent needs, and to provide advice on the talent management and resources requirements
- Supporting ad hoc projects
To excel in the role, the followings are required:
- Degree in HumanResources Management or related disciplines
- Solid experiences to be a strong Human Resources Business Partner to lead the Talent Management and Development function
- Minimum 8-10 years of relevabt working experiences
- Previous experiences in matrix organization structure and exposure in the Group Human Resources Team is preferred
- Experienced in end-to-end Human Resources Operations, able to formulate strategic plans and towards execution
- Previous experiences in CoE and experiences in Human Resources function in a regional or global level is highly preferred
- Regional or global exposure is a plus and experiences in working in multicultural environments
- Strong stakeholders management and communication skills to understand the business needs
- Passionate in talent development and drive for excellence
- Excellent team work, being agile and adaptable to changes
