Standardization Implementation: Develop and promote shared work standards to ensure consistency and operability across HR processes and policies in various modules.
Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of HR projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business needs.
Training and Communication: Provide training on new processes and standards to the team to ensure smooth implementation and gain employee support.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in HR management, business administration, or related fields.
Over 5 years of experience in HR management or related areas, with a preference for candidates with experience in system building, process optimization, and efficiency improvement.
Strong data analysis skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to effectively drive change.
Familiarity with HR management software and tools, with a preference for those with project management skills.
