Job Description- Industry/ Organization Type: Chemical Manufacturing
Position Title: Senior HR Executive / HR Lead
- Working Location: Jurong East / Jurong Island
Working Hours: 5 days,
- 45 AM 5.30 PM (Jurong East) / 8 AM 4.30 PM (Jurong Island)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $4,200 + AWS + Bonus + Flexible Benefits
Duration: Permanent
Support the implementation of broad HR strategies, initiatives, and standard procedures.- Engage in a range of HR tasks, including hiring, managing salaries, overseeing employee benefits, evaluating performance, and fostering employee growth.
Oversee the maintenance of employee records in the Infotech system.
- Manage work permit processes and stay in line with Ministry of Manpower rules.
Communicate with labour unions and address staff-related issues.- Produce reports relating to staffing needs and recruitment activities.
Oversee the administrative and office duties within the HR department.
- Handle the processes related to purchasing and processing payments through SAP.
Provide assistance with various HR and administrative projects as needed.
Diploma / Degree in HR, Business Management, or equivalent- At least 3 years of relevant HR experience or related
Knowledge of payroll processes is preferred
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
