Working hours: Monday - Friday: 8.30am - 6.00pm
Senior HR Executive / Assistant HR Manager
Responsibilities:
- Full spectrum of HR functions, recruitment, post advertisement, leave management
- Management of corporate insurance and claim administration
- Perform payroll function and claims processing
- Handle MOM work passes, prepare employment, confirmation and warning letter, and quota administration
- Segregation of Employees Contracts, certificates and other documents in the personnel files and updating employees details
- Handle office administration and organize company event
- Act as an advisor and counsel to the employees on HR matters
- Conduct orientation and briefing of staff benefits
- Review, propose and implement staff benefits and welfare
- Coordinate and participate with government agencies and external parties for implementation of work various improvement and grants
- Ensure timely submissions in all government and related claims e.g. CPF, Childcare Leave, Maternity/Paternity Leave, NS make-up claims, income tax (IR8A & IR21) matters, etc.
- Assist in other duties assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource, business administration, finance preferred
- 2 - 4 years of experience in Human Resources, with hands-on experience across MOM related compliance matters or by any government ministry requirement
- Proficient in Microsoft office functions, excel, word and power point
- Familiar with Employment Act and other statutory requirements and legislation
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good team player
