Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent management strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment process for open positions including management of recruitment agencies
- Responsible for onboarding and offboarding
- Partner with business leaders to conduct talent gap analysis to address skill-knowledge gaps
- Manage and track key talent management metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) for process improvement.
- Stay up to date on the latest HR trends and best practices in talent management and development.
- Ensure compliance to all relevant employment laws and regulations in Singapore.
- Plan the annual training program by identifying training needs by leading and performing Training Needs Analysis including training administration.
- Responsible for employee relations matters
- Lead and support Ad-hoc HR Projects.
Job Competencies:
- Degree with minimum 5 years experience in Talent Acquisition or a related HR function.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on team player with a proven track record in talent management and development.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
