Requirements:
- Min. Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent.
- At least 4 years of experience handling full spectrum HR with FOCUS ON EMPLOYEE RELATIONS/ENGAGEMENT & RECRUITMENT.
- Well versed with Employment act and relevant legislations.
- Fast Learner and good people relation skills.
- Excellent people relations with proven skills with implementation & engagement within an organization.
- Able to work in a fast pace environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detailed oriented and assertive.
