- Facilitating the pre-boarding process and ensuring accurate onboarding of new hires into the HR system
Coordinating the orientation of new employees and managing end-to-end employee life cycle activities, including probationary reviews, contract renewals, evaluations, and terminations
- Administering various HR matters such as performance management, training administration, and recognition program administration
Addressing day-to-day employee-related issues and providing necessary support and guidance- Managing work pass applications, renewals for foreign employees, and ensuring compliance with regulations
- HRIS Maintenance and Reporting
- Working with the HRIS team to update and maintain employee records and compiling statistical reports on personnel-related data.
Conducting exit interviews, analyzing trends, and providing recommendations based on findings.- Managing employment administration and reporting matters, including maintaining leave, claim, and staff personal records.
Support the submission of Government Surveys
- Payroll Support and Project Management
- Assisting in payroll-related activities to ensure accurate and timely processing with payroll vendor.
Providing support in the rollout of HR-related projects and initiatives as needed.
Role can be developed into HR Business Partnering (HRBP) and Learning and Development (L&D)
- Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Management or Human Resource (HR) preferably or equivalent
At least 5 years of HR Generalist experience with a focus in HR Ops- Experience in HRIS system, preferably SuccessFactor / SAP
Knowledge on Employment Act and relevant legislations
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work well in a team or independently
- Detail-oriented, organized, and dedicated individual with excellent time management skills
