4) Senior HR Excecutive

• Full spectrum of HR duties including payroll for 55 headcounts
• Monthly daily attendance sheet/KPI /payroll report to be given to the Group HR Mgr in China's Office
• CPF Contributions
• FWL Contributions
• Familiar with MOM website for WPOL and EPOL application/issuance/cancellation of WP/EP
• Maintainence of Worker's confidential information including Bank Account
• Prepare monthly payroll and pass to Accountant for processing
• Monitoring of all staff AL/MC/Childcare/NS Leaves/Maternity Leaves
• Follow up with One NS for NS Claim or Child care leaves for any outstanding claims
• Employees Insurance including Medical/WICA /Motor insurance renewals
• In charge of 1 Store Executive/1 HR Admin/ 1 Bus Driver
• Arrangement of Bus Driver schedule for pick up and drop off of workers
• Arrangement of apprpriate courses for workers to attend
• Minimum Diploma in HR Studies
• Minimum 3 years HR experience handling payrolls
• Willing to work in Tuas Area (Company Tpt will be provided)
