Senior HR Executive (Exp in Mass hiring, New Factory, Central)
- Manage end to end of hiring
- Identify and develop talents through the talent acquisition process
- Oversee the manpower requisition and deployment for service partners and contract partners
- Administering Group insurance plans
- In-charge of work passes processes for foreign employees
Requirements:
- Degree in Business specializing in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in internal TA
- Familiarity with manufacturing Mass Hiring, knowledge of organization chart/plant structures (operations, EMS, canteen, clinic, etc.) for new plant set up.
- Strong knowledge of MOM regulations, employee relations, union matters, and work pass applications.
- Knowledge in handling expatriate relocations.
- Experience working with upper management and stakeholders
