HR Generalist
Provide effective HR support to the employees in HR matters. To support various HR functions with business units by working closely with peers, employees as well as external vendors. In addition, you may also be involved in HR implementation projects such as streamlining HR processes, systems and procedures.
HR Job Task:
- Onboarding and offboading for non managerial level, orientation plan and exit interview.
- Employee relations support. Processing new hires, employee changes and terminations in HRIS/DMS system, clarification on claims and leave entitlements updates, administration of referral programs, benefits administration and other similar duties.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR database, employee records and filing of documents and training updates.
- Manage full cycle of recruitment process for non-executives including sourcing, posting job advert/requisition, facilitated interviews for the hiring managers.
- Plan and execute employee engagement events to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to organize team-building activities and recognition programs.
- Administer employee benefits i.e. insurance update and claims Assist application apps on the inpatient/outpatient medical benefits.
- Update of documents such as, employee handbook, forms, SOP, policies and other HR related documents
- Handle administration of employment contract for non-executive level.
- Collaborate with school for internship opportunity direct to Uni or Polytechnic
- All work passes related matters including Pass Application, Renewal & Cancellation
- All MOM related matters including Work Right Inspection and MOM Surveys.
- Administer training grants, MINDEF claims and other government claims
- Coordinate quaterly, festive and year end events
- Administer PWM in OED portal manpower updates and salary adjustment
- Administer PR for any HR purchase, e.g name cards etc
- Monitor long service recipients award, ordering of plaques and vouchers.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time
Job Requirement
- Degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of Human Resource experience.
- Good in MS Office
- Knowledge of successfactor is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to details, willingness to develop and learn new skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paces environment
- Good knowledge on employment law and regulations
