- Oversee the regional performance management process, providing support to managers and employees in goal setting, offering feedback, and ensuring timely submission of reports to Management.
- Manage a wide range of HR functions, including promotion exercises, employee engagement, awards, employee relations, and other HR administrative responsibilities.
- Assist in executing key HR initiatives for business units, ensuring they align with HR guidelines and comply with local laws and regulations across various countries.
- Promote employee engagement, lead organizational change management efforts, and support development initiatives.
- Provide assistance with HR metrics and reporting, including budgeting, performance improvement plans, attrition analysis, and more.
- Offer administrative support and perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
