Job Description
. Co-ordination in recruitment activities
. Responsible for onboarding and offboarding
. Monthly payroll administration
. Prepare and submit statutory contributions and claims (CPF, Income Tax, Profamily claims)
. Conduct performance management and appraisal processes
. Administration of Work Pass Management
. Maintaining HR database
. Manage Group Employee Insurance plan
. Co-ordination in travel arrangement (Book flight and accommodation upon receipt of travel requests)
. Plan and organize staff recreational/team bonding activities
. Assist in Training and Development
. Assist in provision of HR related report
. Prepare statistics for all government surveys and questionnaires
. Purchase and stock up pantry items and stationery
. Handle annual maintenance contracts with vendors
. Verify vendors invoices, quotations and department filing
. Any ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
. Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or other relevant field
. Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
. Able to multi-task and work independently
. Self-driven and initiative
. Familiar with Singapore Labour Law
. Knowledge in Unit 4 Prosoft HR System will be an added advantage
. Able to commence work immediately or within short notice
